It is a charming hotel and restaurant located in Valoria la Buena, just 15 minutes from Palencia and Valladolid. Housed in a beautifully preserved 17th-century palace, it offers an exceptional setting that blends history, elegance, and the passion for wine.
It has 14 rooms, most of which are superior rooms and suites.
Owned by Concejo Bodegas, its strong point is gastronomy and wine tourism.
We recommend having breakfast on the patio terrace, reading a book in the golden lounge, or enjoying a paired menu in the clock room.

Our restaurant El sueño del general (The General’s Dream) stands out for offering local and market products in an incomparable setting.
Throughout the year we have numerous gastronomic events, including: Buscasetas (Mushroom Hunting) in October, mycological menus paired with our wines, CEPAS Y BUEYES (Vines and Oxen) the last week of February, March and April. Wines from specific plots and Beef create a unique experience for the senses.

Concejo Bodega is a family-run winery deeply rooted in its region, dedicated to producing high-quality red and rosé wines. Its wines come from estate-owned vineyards growing on uniquely calcareous soils — the most limestone-rich in the Duero Valley
We have been making wine for more than 25 years and we love what we do.
All our vineyards are cultivated organically, free of pesticides and chemicals.
We produce our famous rosés in Cigales, from Carredueñas traditional rosé, Carredueñas rosé sur lie made with Tempranillo and Garnacha, to our Concejo Clarete aged Fermented in barrels with an undeniable gastronomic component.
Our red wines take their personality from the soils in which they are born and the age of the vines with which they are made. Thus, you can taste Carredueñas Finca wine, Concejo Paraje wine, or Más Concejo plot wine made with century-old grapes.
We produce Verdejo whites in the DO Rueda, complex, frank, fruity and full of personality.
