In the gentle silence of a small Castilian village, where the nights still smell of firewood and the mornings awaken with the song of birds, a posada is born that is not just a hotel, but an open home.
La Posada del Buen Camino is not just the result of an investment, it is the result of a dream. The dream of leaving the city behind, restoring a centuries-old house stone by stone, and opening a place where every guest feels welcome as a friend. Every corner has been carefully thought out, from the dining room with its large table where breakfasts prepared with love are served and which encourages long conversations, to each of its 6 rooms with their wooden ceilings and soft sheets that invite you to rest.

Here you will find rest, warm hands and an environment that invites you to reconnect with the essential. There is no rush or noise here.

THREE DENOMINATIONS OF ORIGIN FROM A SINGLE DOOR.
We are located in the heart of the D.O. Tierra del Vino de Zamora, a little-known but rich wine region, with old pre-phylloxera vineyards that have withstood the test of time and offer a small but high-quality production.
The posada is strategically located between three designations of origin: Tierra del Vino, Toro, and Arribes del Duero. This allows visitors to take a true wine journey without major travel. You can visit small traditional wineries, others of greater renown, where the flavor of the wine is combined with the charm of the authentic.
Family Tourism
At the Posada, children can once again do things that are no longer seen in other places: run through the street without fear, greet the chickens and collect their eggs, caress the cats… and in season, visit the orchard where they will learn to touch the earth, smell the rosemary and pick a tomato with their own hands.
You can also take a trip to Miranda do Douro, where you can take an environmental cruise with a guide who explains the flora and fauna of the area.
MICE Tourism
La Posada del Buen Camino is prepared to host small meetings of companies or groups looking for a warm and well-kept private environment.
We offer the possibility of reserving the entire inn for small meetings, workshops or retreats, with the peace of mind of knowing that the entire space will be available to the group. The large living room with fireplace, the common table, the outdoor garden allow you to organize tailor-made experiences, with the privacy that work processes or shared rest need.

The inn is a good starting point to discover the cultural and human heritage of the surroundings. In addition to cultural visits to Zamora, Salamanca, Toro, the more adventurous often travel to Sanabria with the largest glacial lake in the Iberian Peninsula, or the Sierra de la Culebra, where you can visit the Iberian Wolf Interpretation Center, or observe the bellowing in season.
In the immediate surroundings you can visit cheese factories, chocolate factories, artisan workshops, in addition to the aforementioned visits to traditional wineries excavated in the ground and where you can taste the wine directly from the barrels, glass in hand.

La Posada Del Buen Camino is located just 18 kilometers from Zamora, which is a true open-air Romanesque museum, with more than 20 temples and a vibrant cultural life. Salamanca and Toro, both very close, complete a perfect triangle for lovers of art, history and good food, and yes, gastronomy is part of the cultural landscape of the area, it is Zamora’s heritage.
