In the restaurant of the Posada, you can enjoy a wide menu where you can taste a great variety of local products such as Sanabria beans, game, mushrooms, trout or Sanabria veal. Among its most outstanding dishes, you can enjoy the Mille-feuille of Bierzo peppers with tuna belly, the Sanabria veal tail with edulis or the Cod with black olive cream, all washed down with a great selection of wines and sweetened with our homemade desserts where we can highlight the Dulce de queso zamorano or the Torrija de la Abuela.

The Sanabria region, although best known for its glacial lake and its natural environment, offers opportunities to enjoy wine tourism, touring the province of Zamora and neighboring Bragança in Portugal.
Although Sanabria is not a wine denomination of origin, near the region there are wineries that are committed to natural wines and unique experiences. Areas such as El Pego with its Bodega de Cuatro mil cepas with renowned wines such as Díscolo or 5 copas, or the Bodega de Aliste, located in the Meseta Ibérica Biosphere Reserve.
Crossing the border, in Bragança, Casa do Joa combines centuries-old vineyards with ecological wine tourism and glamping experiences.
This proximity to Portugal means that we can enjoy a great wine offer on both sides of the border.

The Félix Rodríguez De la Fuente Iberian Wolf Center is an autonomous reference for the recovery of wild wolves injured, sick or seized by the Administration, which coexist in a regime of semi-freedom and allows to know the biology and ecology, the plans to guarantee its conservation and management, the rich cultural heritage derived from its relationship with human populations and the importance of valuing the species as a dynamizing element of the rural environment.
