Posada Real Concejo Hospedería
Valladolid
D.O. CIGALES
Winegrowers and winemakers with D.O. Cigales in Valoria La Buena.
Concejo Bodega is a family winery with enormous roots in its area dedicated to producing quality red and rosé wines, based on its own vineyards with a unique soil characterized as the most calcareous in the Duero valley.
We have been making wine for more than 25 years and we love what we do.
All our vineyards are cultivated organically, free of pesticides and chemicals
We produce our famous rosés in Cigales, from Carredueñas traditional rosé, Carredueñas rosé sur lie made with Tempranillo and Garnacha, to our Concejo Clarete aged Fermented in barrels with an undeniable gastronomic component
Our red wines take their personality from the soils in which they are born and the age of the vines with which they are made. Thus, you can taste Carredueñas Vino de Finca, Concejo Vino de Paraje, or Más Concejo Vino de Parcela made with century-old grapes.
We produce Verdejo whites in the DO Rueda, complex, frank, fruity, and full of personality.
Posada Real Castillo Del Buen Amor
Salamanca
An integral commitment to estate wine
The Castillo del Buen Amor winery represents an integral commitment to estate wine, which closely links the terroir, the historical heritage, and the artisanal wine production, where wine is experienced from the land to the glass.
Its strong commitment to quality and sustainability stands out, as production is carried out with sustainable criteria: ecological care of the vineyard, efficient irrigation, minimal intervention of the must and wine in the production, bottling in recyclable materials, and use of solar and geothermal energy. This reinforces the “eco-chic” profile of the accommodation and its philosophy of responsible tourism.
The winery is managed directly by the castle team, especially by Pilar Fernández de Trocóniz, owner and oenologist. The objective is to produce signature wines that represent the castle environment and can be offered as a differentiated experience to its guests. The entire process is artisanal and of limited edition, seeking quality over quantity.
Several single-varietal wines are made with their own grapes: Tempranillo (structured red wine), Syrah (elegant and spicy red), Pinot Noir (smooth and expressive red, uncommon in the area), and Sauvignon Blanc (fresh and aromatic white). In addition, you can enjoy its white with barrel (with more body and unctuousness), a rosé (light and aromatic), and a premium red option that includes a perfect varietal blend.
The Castillo del Buen Amor winery not only produces wine: it creates stories that are drunk, traveled, and remembered.
In short, the wines of Castillo del Buen Amor are a careful expression of the Salamanca terroir, made exclusively with grapes from its own production grown in the vineyards that surround the castle. It is a collection of single-varietal wines, each with a well-defined identity, produced in limited editions and with an artisanal approach that takes care from pruning to aging in barrels.
